All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule or milestones.

Late payments may incur penalties or delay project delivery.

Services will not be continued or delivered until pending dues are cleared.

  1. Intellectual Property

All code and deliverables developed specifically for you will become your property upon full payment.

We reserve the right to reuse non-client-specific frameworks, libraries, or reusable components.

  1. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any information shared for project development will be kept secure and not disclosed without your permission, unless required by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, business, or profits due to delays, errors, or service disruptions

Issues caused by third-party software or services used within your project

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

Work completed up to the date will be billed

Refunds, if any, will be processed as per our Refund Policy

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
